My Friendly IT Guy Pty Ltd is a small business that proudly opened its doors to the public in mid-late 2008. With a degree in computer science, several industry recognised certifications (including accreditions from Microsoft, McAfee, SAP) and 20 years commercial experience since 2003 in both small companies and large corporations providing I.T. Technical Support, I am a highly skilled, confident I.T. Professional. With my extensive customer service background in the I.T. service industry I also love helping people and solving their computer and technology related problems without losing them in confusing computer jargon! My computer training is very effective and in one or just a few one-hour sessions, depending on your current skills can help you achieve the level of confidence that you are after. I can even help you start an on-line business and walk you through all the basics right through to the tough obstacles to get you off the ground.
